Perfectly suited to test weld seams of membranes for peel adhesion, tensile strength and shear resistance. The EXAMO 600F USB model is suitable for highly elastic materials, thanks to its length.
In addition, the EXAMO 600F USB testing device provides a digital display of various test parameters such as stretching, maximum force, tearing force, test speed and position. These can be saved via a USB stick.
The testing device to check the membranes can be used immediately after opening the lid. The testing device is firmly anchored in the metal box, making it very stable. The operating manual integrated in the lid is easily accessible.
The EXAMO 600F USB membrane testing device has already been configured in production. Membrane samples can be tested according to DVS and ASTM standards. A kit to test the calibration is also available to set the equipment at the job site without additional support.
The membrane testing device is available in an additional design: EXAMO 300F USB for thicker membranes.
